Of course, if you do not feel comfortable ordering online, we have order forms that can be faxed/mailed to us, or our toll free line 1-877-245-7444 is available for verbal orders (VISA or MasterCard only) between the hours of 8:30AM amd 6PM (Eastern) Monday through Friday.

Refund Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If within 45 days of your order you are not satisfied with the performance of our product return it by prepaid and insured parcel post and we will refund the purchase price less S&H if applicable. Returns must be shipped via USPS or Canada Post insured. Courier shipments (ie. UPS, Fedex, DHL or Purolator) will not be accepted due to their excessive fees charged.

Prior to mailing, to ensure a prompt refund, please request a "Return Authorization Number" via email at ryan@heparrest.com stating your name, address and product you are returning.
